This image is a part of a 'Seven trees' project.
This body of work explores the pursuit to reconnect with earliest childhood memories that has been very memorable for the author. The attempt is a sentimental longing for a period of time, from the past, or perhaps longing for something that never was. This experiment is a way of trying to heal a wound, or maybe go back in time, but certainly a successful attempt to reconnect to a moment. Each image represents the memory, which could seem simple, but everything within the frame has been carefully though through. There is not a single object within the image that the author has not made a decision on. The simplicity allows the viewer to interpret the photograph in their own way.
